This hot holding strip generates radiant heat from above to keep the serving temperature of pre-cooked dishes constant. Thanks to the 107 cm wide housing, it is ideal for long plating stations and buffet counters. The device can be securely mounted under a ceiling or shelf using the supplied brackets. For ceiling mounting, you can also fix the hot holding strip with the optional hanging chains with hooks. Alternatively, use the hot holding strip freestanding with the separately available T-legs, whose height can be adjusted to your work environment.

Controlled heat for consistent results

The hot holding strip is equipped with a rotary control that allows stepless heat adjustment between low, medium and high settings. This lets you easily adapt the heat intensity to different dishes and serving speeds.
