Suitable for long serving stations

With its generous width of 182cm, this warming rail is ideal for long counters, buffets, and pass stations. The unit radiates heat downwards to maintain prepared food at temperature beneath the rail. The included brackets allow secure mounting of the warming rail under a shelf or on the ceiling. For ceiling mounting, you can also use the warming rail with the optionally available hanging chains with hooks. Optionally available separately are adjustable T-shaped feet, which allow the warming rail to be freestanding directly on a counter.

Adjustable heat output

The warming rail features a rotary control allowing stepless heat regulation between low, medium, and high. This lets you adjust the heat output depending on the respective dishes and service speed. The heating element is located inside the housing and provides targeted radiant heat within the effective warming zone.

Easy cleaning and maintenance

Always switch off the warming rail before cleaning and disconnect it from the power supply. Allow the unit to cool down completely before cleaning the housing with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the unit in water or clean it with water jets. Regular care ensures hygienic use and reliable performance in daily operation.
