Fat collection trough. 3-sided splash guard made of stainless steel AISI 304 and removable fat collection tray, recommended to be filled with water for easy cleaning. The evaporation of water gives the grilled dishes their tenderness. Armoured heating elements in Incoloy installed under the cooking grid. Specially designed knobs to avoid water ingress into the control panel.
