Deep pressed well of 17 liters with drain valve installed in the lower neutral compartment and cold zone for food particles collection. Free well, heating by external stainless steel burners with vertical optimized flame distribution with pilot burner and piezoelectric ignition. Gas supply by thermostatic valve with thermocouple, with adjustable temperature up to 190°C. Equipped with safety thermostat. Delivered with: Basket, external oil drain-off pan and flue extension. Equipped with a high chimney.
