Side walls, base and back made of stainless steel. Work surface made of stainless steel AISI 304 20/10. Chimney made of enamelled cast iron. Steel burner with pilot flame and safety thermoelement. Gas supply controlled by gas tap with safety valve. Stainless steel grate with V-shaped bars. 3-sided splash guard made of stainless steel AISI 304. Removable fat drip tray. Lava stone grills are equipped with a mechanical grid lifting device to better control the heat. Specially designed knobs to prevent water ingress into the control panel.
