With this shawarma grill, you can quickly serve the tastiest shawarma sandwiches, kebabs and other grilled dishes. This kebab grill is not only suitable for use in shawarma shops and grill rooms, but also for grilling meat in food trucks and other catering businesses. The temperature of the burners can be adjusted separately, so you can choose whether the meat is lightly grilled on the top or on the other side. For perfect preparation, the grill spit is adjustable and can be rotated left and right.

Including Nozzles for Natural Gas

This grill model features a reliable motor on the top of the device. At the bottom there is a stainless steel drip tray which can also be removed for easy cleaning. Since this doner grill is gas operated, you will receive standard nozzles for natural gas (20 - 25 mbar). The nozzles for LPG (propane/butane) are supplied separately (30 - 50 mbar) in a plastic bag together with the operating instructions. Always have the conversion from natural gas to liquid gas carried out by a professional. You can also order a doner knife when purchasing to cut the grilled meat into paper-thin slices.

Dishwasher-Safe Parts

Hygienic working is essential in food preparation. This doner grill is therefore easy to clean. Simply unplug it and wait until it has cooled down. Then remove all parts that come into contact with meat and soak them in warm water with a mild detergent. Wipe everything with a soft cloth. The housing, spit and meat plate are made of stainless steel and are also easy to clean.
