You always select exactly the temperature required for the food to be prepared. With the simple temperature control you can set the temperature between 50 and 300 °C. The griddle is also equipped with a temperature indicator light. Once the light goes out, you can start grilling. The griddle is also protected against overload. Safety is important in the kitchen. The high stainless steel splash guard prevents oil splashes. The griddle is easy to use. You only have to press the knob, grease the grilling surface with oil and set the desired temperature.

Quick and easy cleaning

Thanks to the stainless steel housing and drip tray, cleaning is easy. First remove coarse dirt with a brush or scraper. Stubborn dirt can be removed by heating the device to 75 °C and pouring some water onto the grilling surface. It is recommended to use gloves. Then use a damp cloth with some mild detergent to wipe all parts clean. Thanks to the rubber feet, this professional griddle stands firm and stable during use.
