With drip tray and splash guard

This robust grill plate withstands heavy use and features a ribbed double grill made of 15 mm hardened stainless steel with a satin finish. The grill plate is recessed into a waterproof cut-out and thanks to the seamlessly welded top, no residue remains after cleaning. It also has a 1.5-litre drip tray and a splash guard to avoid oil splashes. The temperature can be set using the safety thermostat between 50 and 300ºC. The grill also fits perfectly into a cooking line.

Made from stainless steel

This professional grill is made from durable components. The stainless steel housing makes cleaning easy. Clean this robust construction thoroughly with a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. Heavy residues can be removed with a scraper. Baked-on parts can be cleaned easily by heating the grill to 70ºC and wiping it down. Gloves are recommended.
