The dual zones can be operated individually with their own ignition, thermostat, and temperature display. Each side offers a wide temperature range from 50-300°C. The wide splash guard prevents food from splashing onto the wall, and thanks to the 1.5-litre drip tray at the front, you can continue grilling without having to empty it constantly. This professional gas grill plate is suitable for installation in a cooking line, but you can also place it on a work bench or a suitable stainless steel base.

Easy cleaning

Thanks to the smooth housing and drip tray, cleaning this ridged grill plate is very easy. Burnt residues can be removed with a brush or scraper. It is easier if you first heat the unit to 75°C and pour some water onto the grilling surface. You can then wipe all parts clean with a damp cloth and a mild detergent.
