Grilling on the griddle plate requires little oil or fat, making this method of grilling also healthy. The griddle plate can be used independently or on a stainless steel carrier.

With drip tray and splash guard

This robust griddle plate also withstands heavy use and features a smooth, double cooking plate made of 15 mm hardened, satin-finished stainless steel. The griddle plate is recessed in a waterproof cutout and thanks to the seamlessly welded top, no residues remain after cleaning. It also features a 1.5-litre drip tray and a splash guard to prevent oil splashes. The temperature can be adjusted with the safety thermostat between 50 and 300ºC. The grill also fits perfectly into a cooking line.

Made from stainless steel

This professional grill is made from robust components. The stainless steel housing makes cleaning a breeze. Clean this sturdy construction thoroughly with a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. Heavy residues can be removed with a scraper. Baked-on parts are easily cleaned by heating the grill to 70ºC and wiping it down. Wearing gloves is recommended.
