With Drip Tray and Splash Guard

This robust griddle plate also withstands heavy use and features a smooth, double, chrome-plated 15-mm stainless steel grill plate with a satin surface. The griddle plate is recessed in a waterproof cutout and thanks to the seamlessly welded top, no residues remain after cleaning. It also comes with a 1.5-litre drip tray and a splash guard to prevent oil splashes. The temperature can be set with the safety thermostat between 50 and 300ºC. The grill also fits perfectly into a cooking line.

Made of Stainless Steel

This professional grill is made of durable components. The stainless steel housing makes cleaning a breeze. Clean this robust construction thoroughly with a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. Heavy residues can be removed with a scraper. Baked-on parts are easily cleaned by heating the grill to 70ºC and wiping it off. Wearing gloves is recommended.
