This has the advantage that flavour and vitamins are preserved, allowing you to serve the most delicious dishes. This double gas grill plate is suitable for preparing several products side by side. Since little oil or fat is used when grilling on the grill plate, this type of grilling is also healthy. The grill plate can be used independently or on a stainless steel carrier.

With drip tray and splash guard

This robust grill plate withstands heavy use and features a smooth, double chrome-plated 15 mm stainless steel grill plate with a satin finish. The grill plate is recessed into a waterproof recess and, thanks to the seamlessly welded top, no residues remain after cleaning. It also includes a 1.5-litre drip tray and a splash guard to prevent oil splashes. The temperature can be adjusted with the safety thermostat between 50 and 300ºC. The grill also fits perfectly into a cooking line.

Made from stainless steel

This professional grill plate is made from durable components. The stainless steel housing makes cleaning a breeze. Clean this durable construction thoroughly with a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. Coarse residues can be removed with a scraper. Baked-on parts are easily cleaned by heating the grill to 70ºC and wiping it down. Gloves are recommended.
