With the double grill plate, you can prepare several products simultaneously. Thanks to its very durable construction, this lava stone grill will last a long time. Additionally, it is very robust, making this kitchen appliance suitable for intensive use in busy commercial kitchens. The stainless steel grill part is V-shaped, allowing fat to drain easily. The fat is collected in the 1.5-litre drip tray.

Height-adjustable Grill

The inclined grill section of this lava stone grill plate is height-adjustable. Thanks to the seamlessly welded top, no residues remain after cleaning. This gas lava stone grill plate is equipped with a pilot flame and piezo ignition. The safety thermostat allows you to set temperatures between 100 and 300ºC. Furthermore, the stone grill includes a gas safety valve with a thermocouple. The lava stone grill plate is suitable for use with liquefied petroleum gas or natural gas.

Extendable with a Base

You can extend this lava stone grill plate with a stainless steel base, either open or with a door. Furthermore, the stone grill plate is easy to clean thanks to the stainless steel housing. With a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent, you can quickly and easily clean this kitchen appliance. The V-shaped grill, drip tray and lava stone holder can be removed for cleaning.
