Easy to set the right temperature

This induction hotplate should be used with induction pans. Make sure you use an induction pan with a flat base and a diameter between 12 and 26 cm so that it fits well on the induction hotplate. Furthermore, the induction plate is equipped with an electrical protection that prevents overheating. It also features a thermostat that allows temperatures between 60 and 240ºC to be set. There is also a timer that can be set from 0 to 180 minutes, which is useful when you cannot stay constantly near the pan and also need to carry out other preparation work in the kitchen. For safety reasons, the pan is also equipped with a safety lock to ensure it is used and stored safely.

Quick to clean

The touch panel of the induction hotplate is easy to use and the temperature can be read on the LCD display. Cleaning is also easy thanks to the smooth surface. You can clean the induction plate with a soft microfiber cloth, water and a mild detergent such as dish detergent. Using a microfiber cloth means you won’t risk scratching the glass plate. Don’t forget to wipe the edges clean and dry the plate with a soft cloth. This avoids streaks on the hotplate.
