Boiling Pan 325L - 400V - Indirect

The 325-litre boiling pan is ideal for cooking, baking, or poaching food. The boiling pan has a double-walled lid that increases the insulation of the pan. In addition, the lid can be easily opened and closed thanks to a balanced hinge mechanism. This boiling pan has a double wall that can be filled with water; this is an indirect heating system that ensures even heating of the bottom and side pans of the boiling pan. Since the boiling pan is made entirely of stainless steel, it is easy to clean.
