With a volume of no less than 300 litres, you can quickly cook, bake or poach large quantities of food to serve a large number of people. It is ideal for cooking liquids and features numerous functions that make it safe and user-friendly.

Indirect heating system

This cooking pot has a double wall, the inside of which is filled with water. This means the water is not heated directly from the bottom of the pot, but more evenly over the entire wall. This indirect heating system reduces the risk of food burning and is therefore ideal for preparing liquid dishes such as soups, sauces, broths and creams. The insulating material used to make the cooking pot also reduces heat loss, so energy consumption is kept to a minimum. In addition, a safety thermostat protects against too low a water level to prevent food from cooking too quickly. A practical pressure gauge is located on top of the pot to read the pressure.

Highly user-friendly

A drain valve is always helpful as it allows the contents of the pot to be easily emptied. The lid of a cooking pot is often large and heavy, but thanks to the weight mechanism, it can always be opened and closed easily, making it very user-friendly. Using stainless steel throughout the construction of the pot and the round shape means the device is always easy to clean. Finally, sturdy feet ensure this powerhouse always stays firmly in place.
