This professional contact grill comes with two sturdy cast iron baking plates with ribs. Thanks to the ribs, the food gets the characteristic grill pattern. The heat distribution of this appliance is also very good. This has the advantage that the baked goods are cooked evenly. With the adjustable thermostat, you can set the right temperature between 50 and 300ºC. The practical control light indicates when the correct temperature is reached, allowing you to start cooking. The contact grill also features a drip tray.

Easy to clean

Thanks to the stainless steel housing and handle, cleaning is very easy. You can wipe it with a damp cloth and warm water. The cast iron grill plates can be cleaned with the supplied cleaning brush. Make sure the appliance is switched off and unplugged beforehand. Once the plates have cooled down but still feel warm, remove all food residues with the brush. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or scourers. Dry the plates with a soft cloth. The rubber feet on which the contact grill stands ensure good stability of the device.
