This refrigerated counter is the ideal solution when space in your kitchen is limited. In the refrigerated display case you can store your products, and the stainless steel worktop serves as a work surface. The glass doors allow you to see where your chilled products are located and the status of your stock.

Robust refrigerated worktop

This stainless steel counter fridge has two functions: cooling the products and providing a work surface for preparing your dishes. The refrigerated counter has four wheels, with the two front ones fitted with brakes. This makes the fridge easy to move. The compressor compartment is lockable on the right side of the refrigerated worktop.

Adjustable shelves

The counter fridge has two glass doors; behind each door is a rack with guides. The guides are height-adjustable in 5 cm increments. The shelves are 1/1 GN, so you can also place gastronorm trays in the guides. On our website you can order additional racks or GN trays. Make sure to order the GN trays with the guides. The shelves have a raised edge at the back wall, which ensures good air circulation and an even distribution of cold air.

Refrigerated worktop with automatic defrost

This counter fridge requires little maintenance. This is because it is equipped with an automatic defrost system. This means the refrigerated counter automatically defrosts every six hours. Additionally, this fridge has a ventilated cooling system that keeps it cool even at ambient temperatures of 43 °C. The temperature can be set from 2 to 10 °C using the arrow keys on the digital display. The door gaskets are heated to prevent freezing. Moreover, the doors are self-closing; using a magnetic door seal they close and prevent cold air loss.

Cleaning the fridge

This counter fridge defrosts automatically, but it is important to clean it regularly. First, unplug the appliance and empty it if necessary. Also remove the racks and GN containers. Clean the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Use hot soapy water and a mild detergent to clean the interior. Use a soft cloth and no scouring pad, as that would scratch the stainless steel. Once the interior and door gaskets are clean, you can clean the racks and GN trays. Reinsert them into the refrigerated counter and switch the fridge back on when finished.
