This counter refrigerator features a 180 cm wide work surface, providing ample space for cutting vegetables or preparing dishes. Below the work surface are three glass doors with racks and a compressor compartment with a powerful cooling system.

Glass Doors

The counter refrigerator has three glass doors with heated door gaskets. This prevents the doors from freezing. The glass doors also allow you to immediately see where the required products are stored. This helps avoid opening the doors unnecessarily and losing cold air. The doors are self-closing; they close automatically with a magnetic seal. Behind each door is a 1/1 GN-sized rack with guides. You can increase the number of racks by ordering them from our website. You can also slide 1/1 GN containers into the guides. The guides are adjustable in 5 cm increments to achieve the most efficient arrangement.

Ventilated Cooling System

The racks ensure good circulation of cold air. The counter refrigerator also features a ventilated cooling system that cools evenly. Additionally, a defrost cycle runs every six hours. Excess water evaporates via the motor. This automatic defrost function prevents the refrigerator from freezing. The counter refrigerator is equipped with a digital display and arrow keys for setting the desired temperature from 2 to 10 °C.

LED Lighting

The counter refrigerator also has LED lighting inside, giving you a good overview of your stock and looking attractive. This allows you to place the counter refrigerator in front of your guests/customers. The stainless steel plate is suitable, for example, for cutting and chopping vegetables. You can also prepare desserts on it. The corners are smoothly rounded, and the stainless steel is easy to clean. Furthermore, it prevents corrosion on your work surface.

Cleaning the Refrigerator

The automatic defrost function ensures that excess water drains automatically, but it is still important to clean the refrigerator regularly. Cleaning the counter refrigerator is very simple. Turn off the refrigerator, unplug it from the socket, and remove the products, racks, and Gastronorm containers. You can clean the interior with hot water and a mild detergent. Use a soft cloth and avoid scouring pads, as these would scratch the stainless steel. Don’t forget to also clean the door gaskets! Then clean the racks and GN containers and put them back into their guides. You can wipe the outside of the refrigerator with a soft, damp cloth.
