If you are looking for a versatile counter fridge that you can customise individually, this refrigerated workbench could be your solution. With a capacity of 553 litres, it is incredibly spacious and offers plenty of room for storing your chilled products.

Modular Counter Fridge

This counter fridge has four stainless steel doors and four complete shelves with guides. The shelves are 1/1 GN size and can be adjusted in height in 5 cm increments. You can order multiple shelves on our website and decide how many levels you want to create. Since the inside of each compartment is 1/1 GN size, you can also place Gastronorm containers instead of grids in the guides. Want to add multiple GN containers? Then you need to order the guides separately. It is also possible to replace the doors with drawers. Two drawers can replace one door. This way, you can decide which layout suits you best.

Automatic Defrost Function

The counter fridge features an automatic defrost cycle that starts every six hours. The compressor compartment on the right side of the fridge is lockable. You can set the temperature using the digital controller with arrow buttons on the door of the compressor compartment. This refrigerated workbench has a temperature range from -2 to 10°C. The counter fridge features a ventilated cooling system to ensure cold air is well distributed throughout the refrigerated workbench.

Self-Closing Doors

The door gaskets of the counter fridge are heated to prevent the doors from freezing. The doors close with a magnetic door seal which prevents them from being accidentally left open. With a length of 223 cm, the counter fridge is very large but thanks to the wheels at the bottom, it can be moved easily. The front wheels are equipped with brakes so the fridge can be kept in place. The work surface is ideal for preparing food or delicious dishes – all ingredients are within reach.

Fridge Maintenance

To extend the lifespan of your fridge, it is important to maintain it regularly. The automatic defrost function already ensures the fridge is defrosted regularly, but regular cleaning of the interior is also important. To do this, empty the fridge and turn it off. Clean the interior with a damp cloth, a hot soapy solution, and a mild detergent. Dry the interior or allow it to air dry. Also remember to clean the door gaskets thoroughly. Clean the shelves and Gastronorm pans, then put them back in. Clean the exterior with a damp, soft cloth.
