This high-quality griddle plate has been specially designed for use in a cooking line. By using quality materials, it is ideal for daily intensive use. The smooth griddle plate is made of 15 mm thick steel and has an elegant satin surface. Beneath it is a large drip tray with a capacity of 1.5 litres that collects grease during cooking and keeps things tidy. It can be easily removed for cleaning.

Furthermore, it has a high stainless steel splash guard that prevents oil splashes and ensures a safe and pleasant cooking experience.
