This premium grill plate is chrome plated and is ideally suited for high production demands and daily intensive use. With a depth of 90 cm, it fits perfectly into a cooking line and offers a double grill plate on which large quantities of food can be cooked simultaneously. The grill plate features both grooved and smooth grilling surfaces.

Durable Construction

This high-quality grill plate has been specifically designed for use in a cooking line. By using quality materials, it is ideal for daily, intensive use. The grill plate is made of 15 mm thick steel and has an elegant chrome finish. Beneath is a large drip tray with a capacity of 1.5 litres that collects fat during cooking and keeps things tidy. It can be easily removed for cleaning.

This premium grill plate is both safe to use and easy to clean. It has an ergonomic design that facilitates working with the appliance. Furthermore, it features a high stainless steel splash guard that prevents oil splashes and ensures a safe and pleasant cooking experience. The stainless steel housing, splash guard and grill plate can be easily cleaned with a soft cloth and some washing-up liquid. It is important to switch off the appliance before starting to clean.
