The deep oven also offers plenty of space due to its dimensions.

High-quality Material Selection

The cooker is completely made of stainless steel, with heavy cast iron pan supports and chrome-plated gas burners. By using these robust materials combined with an intelligent design, you can be sure that you will enjoy your gas cooker for a long time. The entire construction is seamlessly welded and is suitable for installation in a cooking line. It features a safety valve with thermocouple. This ensures that the gas valve remains open as long as the sensor detects heat. Once there is no flame, the gas valve automatically closes to prevent gas leaks. Additional safety is provided by a safety thermostat.

Including Electric Oven

Beneath the six-burner cooker is a spacious oven with three-phase power supply (400 V). The static oven chamber is made of stainless steel, and the door is particularly heavy with a thickness of 40 mm. Inside, there is a chrome-plated rack with three levels on which you can place 2/1 GN containers. You can set temperatures between 100 and 300°C. Next to the oven, there is also a practical base cabinet with a door featuring a magnetic closure. Here you have sufficient space to neatly store, for example, kitchen utensils and pans.
