Always Capacity Thanks to Six Large Hotplates

This electric cooker features six hotplates and an electric oven. You can instantly tell you are dealing with a cooker from our Cooking Range 900 series. This cooker is made from high-quality materials and designed for intensive use. The cast iron hotplates are hermetically sealed and form a unit on top. Thanks to the large dimensions (W120 x D90 cm), there is enough space on all six hotplates to work with large pans. On each hotplate, you can set temperatures between 90 and 450 °C in six stages. All six hotplates are also equipped with an overheat protection switch.

Another advantage of an electric cooker is the smooth surface of the hotplates, which is easy to clean. The same applies to the stainless steel housing. The corners are rounded, so dirt cannot accumulate here.

Spacious Electric Oven

The oven also operates electrically and offers a lot of space. It can be heated up to 300°C and features a chrome-plated oven rack with three levels for 2/1 GN containers. The static cooking chamber is completely made of stainless steel and has heating elements at the top and bottom. These can be used individually or simultaneously. The oven door has extra thick insulation of 40 mm and a large handle at the front, making it easy to open even with oven gloves. Furthermore, this cooker has a plinth with a door for extra storage, where you can store pans and kitchen utensils.
