With a capacity of 130 litres, you can easily prepare more than enough of the most delicious dishes in large quantities. This model operates on gas and is also tiltable, allowing you to easily tip the inner pan to scoop out the contents.

Equipped with Thermal Insulation

Safe working in the hospitality industry is essential. That is why this professional braising pan is equipped with a safety system that shuts off gas and heating when the lid is opened. The safety thermostat minimises the risk of overheating in the pan. The temperature can be set between 50 and 300 °C. To limit heat radiation and keep energy consumption low, the braising pan is extensively thermally insulated. The bottom of the inner pan is made of 8 mm thick stainless steel to prevent corrosion. This also ensures even heat distribution.

Easy to Clean

An important part of user-friendliness is cleaning. Thanks to the intelligent design and smooth materials, you don’t have to worry about this. Stainless steel can simply be cleaned with a cloth and some warm water and detergent. The corners are rounded so that no food residue can accumulate, and thanks to the practical tap, you always have enough water on hand for cleaning. Tilting the inner pan is also very handy for cleaning and drying.
