Always enough space thanks to the large cooking zones

The cast iron cooking zones are hermetically sealed and form a single unit on top. Thanks to the 90 cm depth and the flat surface, there is enough space on both plates to work with large pans. With 2 x 4 kW, the cooking zones also have the capacity to handle this.You can set temperatures between 90 and 450 °C in six steps on each cooking zone. Both are equipped with a safety switch against overheating.
