This dispenser for white chocolate allows you to easily serve 5 litres of hot chocolate. It also features a bain-marie heating system that gently warms the chocolate milk without burning it. The continuous rotation stirring mechanism prevents clumping and clogging of the spigot.

Evenly Heated Drinks

To operate this chocolate dispenser, first fill the water tank up to the max mark. Then fill the food-grade bowl with chocolate milk and close the lid tightly. Turn on the device using the On button to activate the stirring mechanism. Next, set the temperature to the desired level. Depending on the desired temperature, the product, and the ambient temperature, the food will be heated within half an hour. Once the chocolate milk reaches the set temperature, place a cup under the spigot and pull the lever down to fill the cup. Any spilled chocolate milk is collected in the drip tray under the spigot. This versatile device can also be used for milk, tea, mulled wine, and other heated beverages.

Cleaning the Machine

Empty any remaining chocolate milk and rinse out the bowl and the device's stirring system. Fill the bowl with water and let the water drain through the spigot from the bowl to ensure no food residues remain in the channel. Remove the spigot using the included tool and clean the channel between the bowl and the spigot with a pipe cleaner. Remove the bowl and the stirrer and clean them with hot water and food-safe detergent. Remove the water tank plug to empty the water tank. Replace the plug and clean the water tank and the device with a damp cloth. Dry all parts and reassemble them. Don’t forget to clean the drip tray.
