The maximum flour quantity is 3 kg and the maximum dough quantity is 4.5 kg. You can also knead smaller amounts of dough as long as they weigh no less than 1.5 kg. Both the dough hook and the mixing bowl rotate to ensure all ingredients are well blended and ready for baking. The mixer is an asset to any professional kitchen in restaurants, bakeries, and cafés. Work safely

Thanks to the safety switch, you can be sure that the motor won’t overheat while using this dough mixer. The mixer has a safety cage that locks the mixing bowl. If the cage is not fully closed, the machine will not start. This also applies if the mixing bowl is overloaded with ingredients. The mixer switches off automatically.

Easy to clean

The bowl and the dough hook are made of stainless steel, which is not only aesthetic but also very easy to clean. A damp cloth and a mild detergent are sufficient. The mixing bowl is not removable but large enough to clean easily. After cleaning, dry everything with a soft cloth.
