The heated plate has a capacity of 186 litres and is equipped with three height-adjustable, chrome-plated shelves. The glass panes cover all sides of the display, and the practical LED lighting on the inside provides an attractive presentation of the food. The heated food display is also equipped with a card holder for advertising your products. Both the front and the back are fitted with sliding doors. This allows customers to take their baked goods, grilled dishes, or snacks directly from the display. This makes it easier for staff to replenish the display.

Good Heat Distribution

The construction of this heated food display cabinet is made of rustproof epoxy-coated steel, making it very robust. This also gives the cabinet a long service life. Inside the cabinet, the powerful heating element ensures efficient heat distribution. Additionally, a humidification reservoir is provided to prevent the food from drying out. The temperature in the glass display can be continuously adjusted between 30 and 90ºC using the analogue rotary knob. The control lights on the device indicate when the correct temperature is reached. The temperature can be read from the front.

Easy-to-Clean Materials

Stainless steel and glass are very low-maintenance materials. Since you display your products in your business, it is important that the cabinet remains clean. Use a damp cloth and a mild detergent to clean the inside thoroughly. You can also clean the outside the same way. However, it is advisable not to use too much water, as condensation may form, and your dishes in the glass display will no longer be clearly visible. To clean the shelves, remove them from the heated display cabinet and clean them with soap and a sponge.
