How long does delivery take?
Most items will be with you Delivery within Germany takes 2–3 working days after receipt of payment, to Austria 5–7 working days after receipt of payment. Bulky goods and special deliveries may take longer.
Can I order on account?
No. We deliver exclusively against prepayment, credit card or PayPal — for business customers as well. For larger projects we are happy to prepare a binding quotation in advance.
How do I get a warranty on my devices?
All our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. In case of warranty, please contact us with your order number.
