Electric Oven with Grill

The oven of this professional kitchen has a removable rack measuring 53 x 34 cm. Many professional kitchens use gastronorm trays, and this oven can accommodate 1/1 GN trays. Above and behind the oven cavity is a heating element. The turbo fan ensures that the hot air is circulated well. The oven cavity is made of stainless steel and contains three guides for trays. The oven door is made of stainless steel and is 4 cm thick, with an ergonomic handle. Additionally, this cooker with oven is suitable as an under-counter unit for the Series 600.

Easy to Clean

The temperature in the oven can be set between 50 and 300ºC. Since the cooker is made of stainless steel, it is easy to clean. Make sure the appliance is completely switched off, and wipe all smooth surfaces with a damp cloth, warm water, and soapy water. The cast iron hotplates can be cleaned with a sponge. The cooker operates with three-phase power.
