Capacity of about 40/50 place settings per service. Maximum capacity of the cooking grill: 7/8 steaks or entrecote of 300/350 grams with a thickness of about 3/3,5 cm. Cooking times are very fast and can vary depending on the type of cooking required and obviously the nature of the pieces of meat. The grill can be positioned at four different heights: 3.5/8/9.5/13.5 cm. Tip: The best results are achieved with meat that is slightly higher in fat. Heat temperature from infrared lamps.
