With this grill featuring two burners and a stainless steel protective grille, you can grill around 20 kg of meat at once on the spit. This grill is suitable for intensive daily use and is an asset to any shawarma shop, grill restaurant, Greek restaurant, or other commercial kitchen. You can adjust the temperature of the two burners individually, ensuring the meat is cooked evenly across the whole spit. The spit rotates once per minute, so every side of the meat is perfectly grilled.

Removable stainless steel drip tray

This robust grill is equipped with a stainless steel drip tray that collects all the fat. The drip tray can be easily removed for cleaning. The motor of this shawarma grill is located at the bottom. Sometimes the grill is fitted with stainless steel reflector grids on the sides. These are not included but can be ordered separately. The most delicious grilled dishes are prepared on a kebab grill, but you also need an electric carving knife to cut the meat evenly and quickly from the spit. This can be ordered separately.

Easy to clean

The kebab grill is made entirely of stainless steel and is easy to clean. It is recommended to clean the grill after each use. To do so, allow the appliance to cool down and then unplug it. Remove the spit, the meat plate and other removable parts from the grill. These can either be put into the dishwasher or cleaned with a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. The housing can also be wiped with a damp cloth. After cleaning, dry all parts with a soft cloth and reassemble the grill.
