With this versatile device, you can do more than just grind meat. You can also process nuts, vegetables or cheese using this professional meat grinder. This way, you can create delicious fillings, pâtés, hamburgers or sausages. You receive not only all the accessories for grinding meat but also a 2 cm sausage filler, allowing you to make your own sausages.

Including Various Accessories

The housing of the meat grinder and the bowl, the auger and the locking ring are made of stainless steel. The blades and plates are made of hardened steel. In addition to a sausage filler, you will also receive the following accessories: a pusher, two cross blades and plates with holes of 6 and 8 mm each. The feed chute measures 5.5 cm and the upper bowl is included, allowing you to put in as much meat as needed for grinding. The meat grinder can also be set in two positions: forward and reverse. It can easily produce 220 kg of minced meat per hour. It is ideal if you need large amounts of minced meat or fillings in the kitchen. The meat grinder is easy to operate. First, insert the desired plate and then simply switch on the machine. Use the supplied pusher to move the meat towards the blades. The minced meat can be collected in a tray or bowl and is ready to use immediately.

Easy to Clean

After use, it is advisable to clean the meat grinder immediately. Thanks to the fully removable grinding unit, cleaning requires little effort. Clean the parts with hot water and a mild detergent. Be careful with the sharp parts. Once everything is clean and dry, reassemble the meat grinder. Additionally, the meat grinder is equipped with rubber feet, so it remains stable in place while grinding.
