What is Gastronorm?

Advantages of Polycarbonate

The use of polycarbonate in GN containers offers many benefits. This material is virtually indestructible and is transparent from all sides, allowing you to see the contents of the container. Furthermore, it is an odourless and tasteless material that does not absorb these properties from the food. The biggest advantage, however, lies in the ease of cleaning. GN containers made of polycarbonate are dishwasher safe, dry quickly, and are temperature resistant from -40 to 100°C.
