What is Gastronorm?

Advantages of polycarbonate

Using polycarbonate in GN containers offers many benefits. This material is virtually indestructible and transparent from all sides, allowing the content of the container to be identified. It is also an odourless and tasteless material that does not absorb these properties from the food. The greatest advantage, however, lies in the easy cleaning. GN containers made of polycarbonate are dishwasher-safe, dry quickly, and are temperature resistant from -40 to 100°C. This GN container also features folded edges and rounded corners for extra grip, making it safe and easy to handle.
