This freezer has a gross freezing volume of 700 litres and is suitable for storing numerous products. The convection cooling ensures that the freezer is cooled evenly.

Adjustable Shelves

Most freezers come with fixed shelves. This limits the number of levels and their height. With this freezer, you can position the shelves at any height. You can fit the guides in 5 cm increments and slide the 2/1 GN shelves into these guides. This 700-litre freezer has three racks and guide sets, but you can order more on our website.

Large Freezing Capacity

This large freezer has a net freezing capacity of 650 litres. The temperature can be easily adjusted without opening the door. The freezer’s temperature range is from -18 to -22 °C and can be easily read on the digital display. In addition, the freezer is equipped with lighting that automatically switches on when you open the door. You can also lock the door with a key. Thanks to the magnetic door seal, the doors close automatically.

Automatically Defrosting Freezer

Accumulated ice is a thing of the past as this 700-litre freezer features an automatic defrost cycle, also called auto-defrost. Every six hours, the freezer initiates the defrost cycle. The water is collected inside the freezer and directed to the motor where it evaporates. This automatic defrost cycle keeps the walls and racks of the freezer clean, and prevents food from sticking together. However, it is still important to fully defrost and clean the freezer from time to time. The door seals are heated to prevent freezing shut.

Cleaning the Freezer

The automatic defrost function keep the walls free from ice build-up, making the freezer easy to clean. Switch off the freezer and unplug it. Empty the freezer; leftover frozen goods are best placed in another freezer. Clean the interior with water and a mild detergent when the freezer is empty. Use a soft cloth to wipe the interior and clean the racks. Don’t forget to clean the door seals thoroughly. When everything is clean, dry the interior and parts with a soft cloth. Once everything is clean, you can put the freezer back into operation. Since the freezer is made of stainless steel, it will remain looking good and will not corrode.
