Even cooling in all areas

To ensure that all products in the round refrigerated display case are evenly cooled, it has a built-in cooling system with a fan. Additionally, you can easily select the temperature for cooling your products thanks to the digital temperature controller. Using the buttons on the display at the rear, you can set the temperature yourself between 0° and 12°C. Thanks to the unique internal cooling cycle, ice formation is also reduced. The display refrigerator is equipped with an automatic defrost function, i.e. every six hours the resulting ice is converted into cold air. The refrigerant used for this luxury pastry case is R600a and is CFC-free.

Easy and hygienic cleaning

This professional refrigerated display case with curved windows is easy to clean thanks to its stainless steel housing. The glass shelves and window panes can be easily cleaned with a soft cloth and soapy water.
