If you want to prepare the tastiest meat and fish dishes, a griddle in the commercial kitchen is indispensable. Grilling preserves flavour and vitamins longer and the dishes cook quickly. The advantage of this griddle is that it heats up quickly and cools down fast. The griddle features a smooth cooking plate made of 8 mm thick, high-gloss chrome-plated steel. This makes this catering appliance very suitable for high output of dishes and intensive use. Thanks to the even heat distribution, the food cooks evenly.

User-friendly control

You can set the temperature of this griddle between 50 and 300 °C. The appliance also has an indicator light that shows when the grill has reached the correct temperature and is ready to use. Despite the high temperatures, this professional griddle is safe to use. It is equipped with a high splash guard made of stainless steel that prevents oil from splashing. The griddle is very user-friendly. Switch it on using the switch, grease the grill surface with oil, and when the correct temperature is reached, place the food on the griddle.

Easy to clean

Cleaning the griddle is child’s play. Under the appliance there is a removable tray that collects the fat. Thanks to the housing, splash guard, and griddle plate made of stainless steel, the smooth surfaces can be easily wiped clean. Remove burnt-on residues with a scraper. Then heat the appliance to 75 °C and pour some water onto the cooking surface. This way you can easily remove stubborn residues. Be sure to wear gloves when doing this. Wipe the outside and the griddle with a damp cloth. Make sure all parts are dry before using the grill again.
