The advantage of this grill plate is that it heats up and cools down quickly. The grill plate features both a smooth and a ridged baking surface made from 8 mm thick satin-finished steel. This makes this catering appliance very well suited for high output of meals and intensive use. Thanks to the even heat distribution, the food is well cooked through.

User-friendly Control

The temperature of this griddle can be set between 50 and 300 °C. The appliance is also equipped with an indicator light that shows when the grill has reached the temperature and is ready to use. Despite the high temperatures, this professional grill plate is safe to use. It is equipped with a high splash guard made of stainless steel to prevent oil splashes. The grill plate is very user-friendly. Switch it on with the switch, grease the grill surface with oil, and when the right temperature is reached, place the products on the grill plate.

Easy to Clean

Cleaning the grill plate is child's play. There is a removable tray under the appliance that catches the fat. Thanks to the housing, splash guard and grill plate made of stainless steel, the smooth surfaces can be easily wiped clean. Remove all stubborn residues with a scraper. Then heat the appliance to 75 °C and pour some water onto the grill surface. This way you can easily remove stubborn residues. Be sure to wear gloves while doing this. Wipe the outside and the grill plate with a damp cloth. Make sure all parts are dry before using the grill again.
