For the most delicious meat, fish, and vegetable dishes, you can use a hot grill plate. With this 40 x 60 cm ribbed grill plate in your cooking line, your dishes will be ready quickly. This grill plate is housed in a watertight cutout and is suitable for LPG or natural gas. You can also install it in your cooking line or place it on a stainless steel stand, which you can easily order via our webshop.

Completely made of stainless steel

As you expect from all professional devices in our Cooking Range 700 cooking line, the quality never disappoints. This robust griddle is completely made of stainless steel and neatly finished. The plate itself is made of 15 mm thick steel and has a grilling surface of 34.4 x 45.8 cm. The wide splash guard prevents splashes on the wall, and at the bottom there is a removable stainless steel drip tray that can catch up to 1.5 litres of fat.

Quickly reach the right temperature

Since commercial kitchens are often very hectic, it's good to know that you can start quickly with this griddle. You "ignite" it with the practical piezo ignition: press the control knob and turn it directly to the desired temperature. The stainless steel burners reach 200 °C in just ten minutes. You can also increase the temperature further, up to 300°C.
