That is why this two-burner electric stove was designed for highly frequented commercial kitchens in restaurants, cafés and hotels. The housing is made of thick stainless steel. This makes it so robust, and the extremely durable construction is ideal for frequent use. As this hob is quite heavy, a stainless steel trolley can be ordered optionally.

Large, practical knobs

The hob is equipped with large and practical rotary knobs. The ergonomic design makes working with this cooker easier. The safety thermostat allows the temperature to be easily adjusted between 90 and 450ºC. The thermostat also features a safety switch that prevents overheating. This stove operates on three-phase power.

Easy to clean

This cooker from the Series 700 is easy to clean thanks to its smooth stainless steel surfaces. The seamlessly welded top has the advantage that no dirt can adhere to it. The inner corners are rounded to prevent dirt buildup. To clean all parts, simply disassemble them and clean with warm water and a mild detergent. Always dry everything with a soft cloth.
