Direct Heating System

This pot is gas-heated, and the throttles are electronically controlled, as is the ignition system. The microperforated burners are made of stainless steel and equipped with flame protection. It is a direct heating system where the heat source is located directly under the kettle. This makes the pot perfect for foods you can cook in water, such as meat, vegetables, rice and potatoes. Thanks to the additional insulating material from which the pot is made, heat loss and energy consumption are minimized.

Easy to Use

Weighing 67 kg, this pot is a large cooking appliance, yet very easy to use. The pot’s double-layer lid has a large handle and a counterweight opening mechanism, making opening and closing very smooth. User-friendliness also includes that a device is easy to clean. The inside of the pot is round and has a smooth surface thanks to the stainless steel design. This makes it very easy to clean. A pot is not complete without a practical drain valve. This is not only necessary for draining the cooking water, but of course also very practical for cleaning.
