You can easily control this induction grill plate using a rotary knob with clear temperature zones: "Low", "Medium" and "High", covering a range from 80°C to 300°C. You can adjust the temperature in 20°C steps. The exact temperature is shown on the digital display. During preheating, the device shows ‘Heating’. Once the set temperature is reached, the device automatically switches to "Keep Warm" mode. Although the griddle plate has no timer, it switches off automatically after four hours. This built-in safety feature helps to avoid unnecessary energy consumption.
