This Maxima induction hob with two burners combines speed, control and efficiency. It is designed for professional use and offers high performance with low energy consumption. Thanks to its depth of 70 cm and adjustable feet, this appliance fits perfectly into the Maxima 700 Induction cooking series and ensures a stable, uniform and professional kitchen setup.

Simple and precise operation

Place suitable induction cookware on the cooking zones and connect the device correctly. Ensure before use that the control knobs are set to ON/OFF. Turn the knobs clockwise to increase power and counterclockwise to decrease it.
The left control knob operates Zone 1 (rear) with power levels from 800 W to 3,500 W. The right control knob operates Zone 2 (front) with power levels from 800 W to 5,000 W, allowing flexible and accurate cooking control.

Intelligent power distribution for the professional kitchen

This induction hob delivers a maximum total power of 7,000 W. Zone 2 features a power-sharing function. When both zones operate at 3,500 W, Zone 2 can be increased to 5,000 W while Zone 1 is automatically reduced to 2,000 W. This ensures stable performance without overloading the electrical system.
The induction technology heats the pan directly, resulting in faster cooking times, higher efficiency and a safer working environment. The 70 cm depth enables seamless integration into the Maxima 700 induction hob, while the adjustable feet ensure perfect alignment on any work surface.

Easy cleaning and safe operation

After cooking, turn both control knobs to the OFF position. The built-in cooling fan continues running for one minute to safely cool the appliance. Always let the appliance cool completely before cleaning.
Clean the surface after each use to avoid stains and discoloration. Do not use scouring brushes, polishing powders, white spirit or thinners. Please note that accessible surfaces can become hot during operation. The fan filters located at the bottom of the appliance are easy to remove and clean.
