Thanks to the granite surface of this pizza refrigerated counter, the dough does not stick and can be rolled out and processed immediately. Thanks to the cooling display case mounted on top, you can be sure that all your favourite toppings are not only within reach but also remain cool until the very last second. This high-quality kitchen appliance also includes stainless steel holders for the GN containers, although the containers and lids are not included. These can be ordered separately through the webshop.

Professional cooling system

This professional pizza refrigerated counter has a cooling capacity of 400 l to keep the ingredients cool as long as possible. Behind the three stainless steel doors is an adjustable shelf, allowing you to arrange the interior exactly according to your wishes. It is also possible to order additional shelves and add them if necessary. You can even order special dough drawers to keep the pizza dough chilled until needed. This preparation refrigerator works best at an ambient temperature of 32 °C. It features a cooling system that includes a fan, a Zanussi compressor, and a three-sided foamed evaporator, using the CFC-free refrigerant R600a. The cooling cycle ensures that ice formation is minimised. The digital thermostat allows you to set the temperature between 0 and 10°C.

Hygienic and easy to keep clean

The professional pizza refrigerated counter is made of robust stainless steel and granite, making it very easy to clean. Additionally, stainless steel offers the advantage of being very durable and scratch-resistant, minimising the spread of bacteria. The preparation refrigerator can be cleaned with a damp cloth, warm water, and a mild detergent. After cleaning, wipe everything down with a soft, dry cloth.
