The granite top of this pizza refrigerated counter ensures that the dough does not stick and can be rolled out immediately. Thanks to the chilled glass display cabinet mounted on top, all your favourite toppings are not only visible but also stay cool until the last moment. This high-quality kitchen appliance also includes stainless steel brackets for the GN containers, while the containers and lids are not included. These can be purchased separately through the webshop.

Professional cooling system

This professional pizza refrigerated counter has a cooling capacity of 285 l to keep ingredients cool for as long as possible. Behind the two stainless steel doors is an adjustable shelf, so you can arrange the interior exactly to your needs. It is also possible to order additional shelves and add them if necessary. You can even order special dough drawers to keep the pizza dough chilled until needed. This preparation refrigerated counter performs best at an ambient temperature of 32 °C. It features a cooling system comprising a fan, a Zanussi compressor, and a foam-insulated evaporator on three sides, using the CFC-free refrigerant R600a. The cooling cycle ensures that ice formation is kept to a minimum. With the digital thermostat, you can set the temperature between 0 and 10°C.

Easy hygienic and clean maintenance

The professional pizza refrigerated counter is made of durable stainless steel and granite, making it very easy to clean. Stainless steel also has the advantage of being very durable and scratch-resistant, which minimizes bacterial spread. The preparation refrigerated counter can be cleaned with a damp cloth, warm water, and a mild detergent. After cleaning, wipe everything with a soft, dry cloth.
