Durable Construction

This high-quality griddle has been specially designed for use in a cooking line. Made from quality materials, it is ideal for daily intensive use. The double ridged grill plate is made from 15 mm thick steel and has an elegant satin finish. Beneath it is a large drip tray with a capacity of 1.5 litres, which collects grease during cooking and keeps things tidy. It can be easily removed for cleaning.

This premium griddle plate is both safe to use and easy to clean. It features an ergonomic design that facilitates working with the appliance. Additionally, it has a high stainless steel splash guard to prevent oil splashes and ensure a safe and pleasant cooking experience. The stainless steel housing, splash guard, and grill plate can be easily cleaned with a soft cloth and some dishwashing detergent. It is important to switch off the appliance before starting the cleaning.
