Durable Construction
This high-quality griddle was specially developed for use in a cooking line. By using quality materials, it is ideal for daily, intensive use. The ribbed grill plate is made of 15 mm thick steel and has an elegant satin surface. Below it is a large drip tray with a capacity of 1.5 litres, which catches fat during cooking and keeps things tidy. It can be easily removed for cleaning.
