This chrome-plated premium double grill plate is ideal for high production demands and daily intensive use. With a depth of 90 cm, it fits perfectly into a cooking line and offers a large surface on which large quantities of food can be cooked simultaneously.

Durable Construction

This high-quality griddle has been specially designed for use in a cooking line and, due to the use of high-quality materials, is ideal for daily intensive use. The smooth grill plate is made of 15 mm thick steel and has an elegant chrome surface. Beneath is a large 1.5-litre drip tray that collects the fat during cooking and keeps things tidy. It can be easily removed for cleaning.

This premium grill plate is both safe to use and easy to clean. The ergonomic design makes working with the appliance easier. The high stainless steel splash guard prevents oil splashes and ensures a safe and pleasant cooking experience. The stainless steel housing, splash guard and grill plate can be easily cleaned with a soft cloth and some detergent. It is important that you switch off the appliance before starting cleaning.
